I’m an Attendee and I can’t access the Event App

If you are experiencing issues logging into PheedLoop Go! or viewing your event, conduct the following troubleshooting steps:

Ensure the Email and Password is spelt correctly

Verify that you are using the correct login credentials. If you are certain your email is correct, perform a password reset by selecting Forgot your password and enter your email. A reset code will be sent to your email address. Copy this code and use it on PheedLoop Go! to reset your password.

Ensure you are on the latest version of PheedLoop Go!

Check that you are running the latest version of PheedLoop Go! on the app store. If a new update is available, install the app and try to login again.

I am receiving a “We could not find an account with that email address.” error

If you are experiencing the we could not find an account with that email address error message and you are certain you have created a PheedLoop account, reach out to the event administrators for support. The most common explanation is that the email address entered during registration is different from the one you are trying to login with or spelt incorrectly. An event administrator will need to change the email for your registration and once corrected, you will be able to login.

If you have followed the above troubleshooting steps and are still unable to access your event on PheedLoop Go!, contact your Event Administrator to confirm that you’ve been added as an attendee. Only registered attendees can view and access the event in the app.

If you have received confirmation that you have been added as an attendee but still cannot access the event, confirm which email address is being used. If the email address listed for your attendee profile is incorrect, this will need to be changed by the Event Administrator to give you proper access. Once the email has been updated you should be able to access the event.
