Step 5 - Re-ordering, Renaming, and Hiding Sections on the Event Website

Depending on the requirements of your event, you may wish to readjust the order in which the sections appear on the Event Website, or hide them entirely. These options are controlled directly from the Event Dashboard.

Re-ordering Sections on the Event Website

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Website > Sections
  2. Above the Sections table, select Actions > Re-Order

  1. Rearrange the sections in the order that you wish
  2. Select Save

Please note, sections at the top of the list will appear higher on the Event Website. For example, if the Home Countdown section is above the Home Information section, this order will be reflected in the Event Website.

Renaming Sections on the Event Website

Please note, renaming sections is only available for custom sections. Default sections will not have this feature.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Website > Sections
  2. Select the Section you wish to rename
  3. Under the Name field, enter the name you wish to use
  4. Select Save Changes

Hiding sections on the Event Website

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Website > Sections
  2. Select the section you wish to hide
  3. Toggle on the Hide section checkbox
  4. Select Save Changes
