Why is my event website is displaying a page not found error?

If your website shows a "Page Not Found" error, the most likely explanation is that it has not been activated.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Website > Settings

  1. Toggle on the Website Enabled checkbox
  2. Select Save Changes
