How can I scan tickets in PheedLoop OnSite?

One of the available features on PheedLoop OnSite is the option to scan tickets for redemption purposes.

Assigning the Ticket Scanner Permission Set

In order for the staff member to access Ticket Scanning, they must have a permission set with the Ticket Scanner checkbox toggled on. For more information on setting up permission sets, please refer to our How to Conduct Event Check-Ins for Attendees article.

Redeeming Tickets

  1. From PheedLoop OnSite, select Ticket Scanner

  1. Scan the Ticket QR code with the camera

  1. Select Redeem

Once scanned, you will be taken to the success page confirming the ticket has been redeemed. Select Reset to scan another ticket.

Unredeeming Tickets

If you would like to unredeem a ticket, simply scan the ticket again and select Unredeem.
