Editing the Proposal Confirmation and Proposal Reminder Email Templates

PheedLoop automatically sends out emails to applicants that have completed their application or left the application incomplete. These messages can be fully customized to suit your needs directly from the Event Dashboard.

Editing the Proposal Confirmation Email

The Proposal Confirmation email is sent to applicants whenever their proposal is completed. Proposal Confirmation emails are sent out automatically and cannot be disabled.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Communications > Email Templates
  2. Select Proposal Confirmation from the list
  3. Under the Subject field, edit the title of the email
  4. Under the Body Text field, edit the message that will appear in the email
  5. Toggle off the Enable Call-To-Action Button checkbox if you wish to remove the call to action button
    1. This will remove the button in the email leading to the Submission Portal.
  6. Under the Call-To-Action Button Text field, edit the name of the button
  7. Select Save Changes

Editing the Proposal Reminder Email

The Proposal Reminder Email is sent to applicants who have started but not completed their submission. If you would like to disable this email, please refer to our How can I disable automated reminders for proposals? article.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Communications > Email Templates
  2. Select Proposal Reminder from the list
  3. Under the Subject field, edit the title of the email
  4. Under the Body Text field, edit the message that will appear in the email
  5. Toggle off the Enable Call-To-Action Button checkbox if you wish to remove the call to action button
  6. This will remove the button in the email leading to the Submission Portal.
  7. Under the Call-To-Action Button Text field, edit the name of the button
  8. Select Save Changes
