Opening the Call and Reviewing Submissions

Once your Calls are created and ready for release, you can publish them from the Event Dashboard. By default, proposals are publicly accessible. However, if your organization previously toggled off the Open Proposal Submissions checkbox, you will need to re-enable it to begin accepting submissions.

Opening the Call for Proposal Submissions

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Proposals > Calls
2. Select the call you wish to use from the list
3. Toggle on the Open Proposal Submissions checkbox
4. Select Save Changes

Reviewing Submissions in the Event Dashboard

As the submissions come in, they will populate in the Event Dashboard under Proposals > Submissions.
