How to download Proposals as a report

Collecting proposal data is straightforward with PheedLoop. Once your call has closed, you can easily compile submission data into a report for further use.

Downloading Proposal Data Report

The Proposal Data Report is the best option for viewing all proposal submissions along with their associated details.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > Custom Reports
2. Select Proposals Report
   1. Before downloading, review the selected fields to ensure all relevant data is included. You can add or remove fields as needed to customize your report.
3. Under the Calls field, select the specific calls you wish for the report to draw from
   1. Leaving Call blank will include all calls from Proposals > Calls.
4. Optionally, use the Start Date field and the End Date field to filter results by a specific time period
   1. Leave these fields blank to include all results.

5. Above the Custom Reports table, select Actions > Generate Report

6. Select Download Previous Report

The Proposals Report will now be downloaded to your device.
