How can I customize and share instructions with Reviewers?

Instructions can be shared with Reviewers, either on a per call basis or individually in the Reviewer Portal.

Sharing Instructions on a Call

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Proposals > Calls
2. Select the Call you wish to use from the list
3. Navigate to the Review tab
4. Under the Instructions For Reviewers field, enter the instructions to be displayed in the Reviewer Portal
5. Select Save Changes

These instructions will appear at the top of the Reviewer Form and will only be visible for proposals associated with the specified call. Proposals not linked to that call will not display the instructions.

Sharing Individual Instructions with Reviewers

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Proposals > Reviewers
2. Select the reviewer you wish to adjust
3. Under the Instructions field, enter instructions for the reviewer
4. Select Save Changes

These instructions will appear at the top of the Reviewer Form and will be visible for all proposals, regardless of their associated call.
