What happens when my account goes into Read Only Mode?

When an account goes into read-only mode, you can still view the information within the Event Dashboard, but you cannot make any changes.

Why is my Account in Read Only Mode?

An account goes into read only mode when an invoice becomes overdue. When an account enters read only mode, they will see this status displayed on the top of the Dashboard.

What happens when your account goes into Read Only Mode?

When your account is in Read Only Mode registrations will pause for your event, meaning attendees will be unable to register for events. You will also not be able to make adjustments in the Event Dashboard until the invoice has been paid.

How to Avoid Going into Read Only Mode

The best way to avoid Read Only Mode is to pay for the invoice. Once your payment has been processed, the invoice banner should disappear from the dashboard.
