Step 7 - Approving Exhibitors
Managing exhibitor profiles is a key part of organizing a successful event. As exhibitors begin submitting their applications, their profiles will appear in the Event Dashboard, allowing Event Administrators to track their progress and approval status. This article will guide you through how to view, manage, and approve exhibitor profiles to ensure only approved participants are showcased across your event platforms.

Managing Exhibitor Profiles
As the Exhibitors apply to your Event, they will populate the Event Dashboard under Exhibitors > Exhibitors.
The Application Status and Approval columns will display whether they have completed the application and are approved respectively. Once an Exhibitor completes their application, their Application Status will be listed as Complete and Approval Status as Pending Approval.
Approving Exhibitors
When an Exhibitor is ready to be approved, an Event Administrator can approve them in the Event Dashboard.
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
- Select the checkbox of the exhibitor of the Exhibitor you wish to approve
- Above the Exhibitors table, select Actions > Approve
The Exhibitor will now be approved and publicly listed throughout the event including the Event Website, Event App, and Virtual Portal.
