Step 5 - Approving Sponsors

Managing Sponsor profiles is a key part of organizing a successful event. As Sponsors begin submitting their applications, their profiles will appear in the Event Dashboard, allowing Event Administrators to track their progress and approval status. This article will guide you through how to view, manage, and approve Sponsor profiles to ensure only approved participants are showcased across your event platforms.

Managing Sponsor Profiles

As the Sponsors apply to your Event, they will populate the Event Dashboard under Sponsors > Sponsors.

The Application Status and Approval columns will display whether they have completed the application and are approved respectively. Once an Sponsor completes their application, their Application Status will be listed as Complete and Approval Status as Pending Approval.

Approving Sponsors

When a Sponsor is ready to be approved, an Event Administrator can approve them in the Event Dashboard.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sponsors > Sponsors
  2. Select the checkbox of the Sponsor of the Sponsor you wish to approve
  3. Above the Sponsors table, select Actions > Approve

The Sponsor will now be approved and publicly listed throughout the event including the Event Website, Event App, and Virtual Portal.
