When to Use the Sponsor Application versus the Exhibitor Application

Many events have both Sponsors and Exhibitors, which is why PheedLoop offers separate Sponsor and Exhibitor Applications. This means that you can offer different products, prices, and information based on the type of stakeholder.

In some cases, events may choose to only use either the Sponsor or Exhibitor Application. This article will walk you through the use case for each decision and will help you decide what strategy is best for your event.

Understanding the Difference Between the Sponsor Application and the Exhibitor Application

The main difference between the Sponsor and Exhibitor applications is that the Sponsor Application does not include the booth selection feature, so sponsors cannot choose their booth during the application process as exhibitors can. Additionally, sponsors do not have access to Lead Retrieval, meaning they cannot use PheedLoop OnSite to capture leads.

Event Scenarios and Application Decisions
