Viewing your Organization Invoices in the Dashboard
Event Administrators can review any invoices associated with their organization in the Dashboard. To review these, first select your email on the top right corner of the dashboard, and select Settings.
Invoices will appear under Account & Billing > invoices.
While most information is visible in the table columns, additional details can be accessed by selecting an invoice.
Headers in the Invoice
Invoice ID | This is the internal code within PheedLoop used to reference your ID. |
---|---|
Date Added | This is the date when your invoice was created. |
Date Due | This is the due date by which the invoice must be paid. |
Amount | This is the dollar amount of the invoice |
Invoice Link | This link will take users to a separate page to complete their invoice payment. |
Contract Link | This link will take users to a separate page where they can review their contract. |
Date Paid | If an invoice has been paid, the payment date will be displayed in this field. |
Notes | This field will display any special notes sent by PheedLoop. |
