I'm an Event Administrator, how can I disable Meeting Booking for Exhibitors?

Some exhibitors may wish to opt out of meeting booking, while others may want to utilize the feature fully. To support both preferences, PheedLoop offers a dedicated setting called Meeting Booking Enabled to control which exhibitors will have meeting booking displayed. If disabled, the Exhibitor will not have the 'Request Meeting Booking' button visible on the Exhibitors page in the Event App.

To Enable/Disable Meeting Booking

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
  2. Select the Exhibitor you wish to adjust from the list
  3. Toggle on or off the Meeting Booking Enabled checkbox

  4. Select Save Changes
