I'm an Exhibitor, how can I manage my meetings from the Exhibitor Portal and PheedLoop Go!

One key benefit of purchasing Lead Retrieval is access to Meeting Booking. This feature allows attendees to schedule meetings directly with exhibitor managers. Managers who prefer not to participate can easily opt out through the Exhibitor Portal.

  1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to Meetings > Settings
  2. Toggle off the Enable meeting booking checkbox to opt out of meetings with Attendees 
  3. Select Save Changes

Meetings will be displayed on both the Exhibitor Portal on the Meetings page.

Meetings will also be displayed on PheedLoop Go! in the Meetings page.

If enabled by the Event Administrator, meeting requests and scheduled meetings will appear on the event home page. Please note that this feature will not be available if it has not been configured.

The Exhibitor Portal will collect all meeting information, which can be downloaded as a CSV file.

  1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to Meetings > Settings
  2. Select Actions > Download CSV

If it is necessary to delete a meeting from the record, that can be done.

  1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to Meetings > Meetings
  2. Select Actions > Delete
