Why can’t I see all captured leads in the Event App?

PheedLoop Go! provides a quick snapshot of the leads you've scanned in a PDF file format, but not all details are included from the app. To access the full information, such as notes, download your leads from the Exhibitor Portal instead.

Please note, PheedLoop OnSite does not provide lead information directly on the app. This is for security purposes to prevent attendees from accessing other people's information.

To Download Leads

1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to the Lead Retrieval Page

2. Under List of Leads, select View All

   

3. Above the Lead Retrieval Results table, select Actions > Download CSV
