Sending an Update Alert for Proposals

Sending an update alert to a speaker is useful if you would like to notify them of an update to the status of their proposal (e.g. acceptance, denial, new notes, etc.). While Accepting or Denying proposals already has this option built in, the update alert will be useful for sending an update without disclosing the status of the proposal.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Proposals > Submissions
  2. Select the submission you wish to adjust from the list
  3. Above the Submissions table, select Actions > Send Update Alert

  4. Select Confirm
