How to Access the Virtual Portal as an Event Admin

Both Event Administrators and Attendees who have been added to the Event Dashboard can access the Virtual Portal. This guide will walk you through how to login to the Virtual Portal as both an Event Admin and in place of an attendee profile.

Logging in the Virtual Portal as an Event Administrator

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Event Portals > Virtual Event

  2. Enter your login credentials under the Email and Password fields
    1. If you have forgotten your password, please select Forgot Password? to reset it.

Quick Tip - If you would like to login with a verification code instead, select Request a One Time Login Code and enter your email. A code will be sent to your email. Enter this code under the Access Code field and select Login.

Logging in the Virtual Portal with an Attendee Profile

Event Administrators can login to the Virtual Portal as an attendee with the Temporary Password feature.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
  2. Select the attendee you wish to log in with

  3. Select View Temporary Password

  4. Copy the password under the Temporary Password field

The Temporary Password can now be used to login as the attendee. Once entered, you will be taken to the Virtual Portal.
