Showing Sessions and Schedule Virtual Portal

Sessions will be visible in the Virtual Portal unless they are intentionally hidden in the Event Dashboard. If a session is missing from the Virtual Portal, check that the Hide Session in Virtual Event Portal checkbox is toggled off.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Select the session you wish to adjust from the list

  3. Scroll down to Options
  4. Ensure the Hide Session in Virtual Event Portal checkbox is toggled off
  5. Select Save Changes

Once all conditions are met, the session should appear on the Virtual Portal. Refresh the page for changes to apply if you already have the Virtual Portal open.

Quick Tip: To preview your session as it appears live, toggle Enable Stream on. When you're done testing, be sure to toggle it off.
