Showing Exhibitors in the Virtual Portal

For an exhibitor to appear on the Virtual Portal, the Show on Event Website and Virtual Event Portal checkbox must be toggled on in their Event Dashboard settings.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors

  2. Select the Exhibitor you wish to adjust

  3. Toggle on the Show on Event Website and Virtual Event Portal checkbox

  4. Select Save Changes

The Exhibitor should now be available on the Virtual Portal. Refresh the page for changes to take effect.
