I can't login to the Virtual Portal, it says my password/email is incorrect
If you are having trouble logging into the Virtual Portal, start by locating the original welcome email where you received your invitation. This email should include:
- A direct link to access your virtual event
- The email address used for registration
- A temporary password
Ensure you enter the email and temporary password exactly as shown, including any special characters that may be difficult to remember or type.
If the temporary password doesn’t work, try the following steps:
Option 1: Reset Your Password
Use the Forgot Password? button on the login page to create a new password. This allows you to set one that’s easier to remember and should enable successful login.
Option 2: Contact Your Event Organizer
If resetting your password doesn’t resolve the issue, reach out to the event organizers. They can resend a password reset email directly to the email address you used during registration.
