How to Enable Autopilot Stream Mode

It is possible to have a session’s stream enabled automatically once the session’s start time is reached.  This is a great feature to use if you are using our pre-recorded video. We do not recommend using this with live sessions because sessions can start early or late, and Auto Pilot Stream Mode cannot account for deviations from the scheduled start time.

What is Autopilot Stream Mode?

Autopilot Stream Mode enables and disables your session’s Enable Stream checkbox for your session in the Event Dashboard. This is particularly useful for events with:

• Multiple sessions are going live simultaneously
• Many concurrent tracks and streams
• Small event planning teams with limited manpower

Toggling on the Autopilot Stream Mode

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
2. Select the session you would like to adjust from the list
3. Scroll down to Virtual Settings 
4. Ensure Enable Stream is toggled off
5. Toggle on the Enable Autopilot Stream Mode checkbox

6. Select Save Changes

   

If you have not already set up the time, do so by scrolling down to Basic Details and editing the Start Time and End Time for the session.
