What are PheedLoop Sessions?

Sessions are the core building blocks of your event schedule in PheedLoop. They populate the Schedule page, offering a comprehensive overview of all event activities. Sessions appear across your Event Dashboard and front-end portals, helping attendees easily explore your programming.

How Sessions Populate Your Portals

Sessions automatically appear on our Event Website, Event App, and Virtual Portal unless intentionally hidden. Each portal includes a dedicated sessions page where attendees can view all available sessions. Please note that while the Event Website lists sessions, it does not host them in the same way as the Virtual Portal.

Below is an example screenshot of how sessions appear on the Event Website:

You can control visibility by toggling on the Hide Session in Website, Hide Session in Event Application, and Hide Session in Event Application checkboxes in Sessions > Sessions.

For the PheedLoop Go! Event App, sessions can also be listed on your home page.

To enable this feature, you must have the session widget included in your App Layout and Enable App Widget is toggled on for your session settings.
