Adding Target Audiences to your Session

Target Audiences in PheedLoop allow you to categorize sessions based on the intended audience, such as industry professionals, students, or first-time attendees. Adding target audiences helps attendees quickly identify sessions most relevant to their interests or experience level, improving navigation and engagement. This guide will walk you through how to create Target Audiences in the Event Dashboard and assign them to your sessions.

Adding Target Audiences

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Select the session you would like to adjust from the list
  3. Scroll down to Other Details
  4. Under the Formats or Target Audiences field, select Manage

  5. Select Add Target Audience
  6. Fill out the Title field to name your Target Audience and select Save
  7. If you would like to remove the Target Audience, select Delete

  8. Close the window, then select the desired Target Audience from the Target Audiences field to assign it to the session.
  9. Select Save Changes

Quick Tip - You can assign Formats to multiple sessions simultaneously by clicking the checkboxes for your sessions and selecting Actions > Edit. Alternatively, you can assign multiple Target Audiences as a session import.
