Allowing Schedule Selection During Registration

If permitted, attendees can register for sessions during the registration process.

Before registrations can occur for your session, you must have the Enable Pre-Registration checkbox toggled on for your session.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Select a session you would like to enable pre-registration for from the list
  3. Under Options, toggle on the Enable Pre-Registration checkbox
    1. If this is toggled off, it will not show up in the registration flow.
  4. Toggle on the Allow Schedule Conflicts checkbox
    1. This is useful if you would like attendees to add sessions to their schedule even if there is a conflict.

  5. Under Basic Details, fill out the Capacity field
    1. This is optional but can be useful if you would like to have a maximum number of people registering for a session.
  6. Select Save Changes

Once your sessions have been enabled, you can configure your registration category to allow for session registrations.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Categories
  2. Select the category you wish to adjust from the list
  3. Toggle on the Enable Schedule Selection checkbox
  4. Select Save Changes
