Editing Invoices and Receipts for Registrations
Registrants who process payment via credit card in the Registration flow will automatically receive the Registration Receipt email. Registrants who select the “Other” payment method will automatically receive the Registration Invoice email.
If you would like to disable the Registration Receipt or the Registration Invoice email from being automatically sent under these conditions, proceed with the following:
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Settings and scroll down to Invoices and Receipts
- Under the Header Content field, enter the information you wish to be displayed above the payment details
- This information will be displayed below the attendee's details.
- Under the Footer Content field, enter the information you wish to be displayed at the bottom of the invoice/receipt
Select Save Changes

Please note, you are able to manually send these documents post-registration as well, regardless of the status of this setting.
Can I edit content within Invoices and Receipts?
PheedLoop does not allow editing invoices or receipts beyond the header and footer sections. This restriction helps ensure that critical registration data remains accurate and unaltered.
