Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
Setting up two-factor authentication is useful for protecting administrator and team member accounts from unauthorized access. Two-factor authentication can be set up on a per team member basis. Please note, use of this feature requires a TOTP-based app from your mobile device.
1. Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
- From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Team Members > Security
- Select Enable 2FA
- Grab your mobile device and open up the authenticator app of your choice
- Scan the QR code on the security page
- Enter the code provided from the authenticator app
- Select Verify
2. Disable Two-Factor Authentication
- From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Team Members > Security
- Select Disable 2FA
- Enter the code generated from your authenticator app
- Select Disable
