Setting up Two-Factor Authentication

Setting up two-factor authentication is useful for protecting administrator and team member accounts from unauthorized access. Two-factor authentication can be set up on a per team member basis. Please note, use of this feature requires a TOTP-based app from your mobile device. 

1. Setting up Two-Factor Authentication 

  1. From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Team Members > Security
  2. Select Enable 2FA
  3. Grab your mobile device and open up the authenticator app of your choice
  4. Scan the QR code on the security page
  5. Enter the code provided from the authenticator app
  6. Select Verify

2. Disable Two-Factor Authentication

  1. From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Team Members > Security
  2. Select Disable 2FA
  3. Enter the code generated from your authenticator app
  4. Select Disable
