Creating Custom Pages for Portals
Stakeholder Portals are the perfect place for speakers and exhibitors to navigate their task assignments, files, tickets, designs and other options as well. Event administrators also have the ability to create custom pages in these speaker and exhibitor portals for reasons like relaying specific information to these stakeholders.
The options are endless for what you can create with these custom pages. For this example, we will be using the Exhibitor Portal for reference.
1. Creating a Custom Page
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Custom Portal Pages
- Above the custom portal pages table, select Create
- Fill out the Name, Slug, Custom Content, and any CSS codes under Custom Style
- Select Save Changes
2. Hiding Custom Pages
In the case that you are creating your event and maybe don’t want your stakeholders to view the custom page just yet, you have the option to hide these pages as well.
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Custom Portal Pages
- Select the custom portal page you would like to adjust from the list
- In the custom portal page editor form, navigate to the Basic Details section toggle on/off the Page Hidden checkbox
- Select Save Changes
3. Deleting Custom Pages
