Using the Domain/Email Whitelist and Blacklist Registration Feature

The Whitelist/Blacklist feature works on a category basis and a ticket basis separately, whether you want a person with an email to be allowed to choose specific tickets or be a specific stakeholder like a speaker or exhibitor.
