Importing Exhibitor Booths for the Interactive Maps

Similarly to importing exhibitors or any data into PheedLoop, you are able to import Exhibitor booths in bulk all at once in a seamless process. Utilizing the bulk import process for Exhibitor Booths allows you to save time manually creating each Exhibitor booth and instead uploading them all at once.

Note - booths is a feature only if you are using the Interactive Maps Module.

1. Bulk-importing Exhibitor Booths

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Booths
  2. Above the booths table, select the cloud with the downward arrow icon
    1. You will receive a CSV template with the appropriate exhibitor booth columns.
  3. Fill out the boothCode column and other data with the exhibit booths you want to bulk upload
    1. boothCode is the name of the booth
    2. area is the amount of area required for an exhibitor to select this booth during the Exhibitor Application process.
      1. More information on using Area to select and manage booths is coming soon.
    3. reservedExhibitor is the exhibitor code for the Reserved Exhibitor
      1. This booth will be reserved for the selected exhibitor until the time period specific below. More information on our Exhibitor First Right of Refusal feature is coming soon.
    4. reservedExhibitorExpiry is the date that the booth reservation will expire at
      1. This means that after this date, any exhibitor has the ability to select this booth. 
  4. Above the exhibit booth table, select the cloud with the upwards arrow icon
  5. Upload the CSV file with your new sub-sessions
  6. Select Submit

2. Downloading Exhibit Booth Data

2 (A). Creating a Exhibit Booth Report

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > Custom Reports
  2. Above the custom reports table, select Create
  3. Under Report Type, select Exhibitors
  4. Under Name, fill out the name of the report
  5. Under Fields, select Booths
    1. Additionally, we recommend selecting other fields like Name, Email, Products, Purchases, Manager, Primary Contact, and Services.
  6. Select Save Changes

2 (B). Downloading a Custom Report

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > Custom Reports
  2. Select a custom report you would like to download from the list
  3. Above the custom report table, select Actions > Generate Report
  4. Select Download Previous Report
    1. Depending on the size of the report you may need to refresh your browser for this button to appear beside the custom report in the list.
