Importing Exhibitor Booths for the Interactive Maps
Similarly to importing exhibitors or any data into PheedLoop, you are able to import Exhibitor booths in bulk all at once in a seamless process. Utilizing the bulk import process for Exhibitor Booths allows you to save time manually creating each Exhibitor booth and instead uploading them all at once.
Please note, this feature requires purchase of the Interactive Maps Module to use.
1. Bulk-importing Exhibitor Booths
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Booths
- Above the booths table, select the cloud with the downward arrow icon
- You will receive a CSV template with the appropriate exhibitor booth columns.
- Fill out the boothCode column and other data with the exhibit booths you want to bulk upload
- Information on these columns are available on the Headings in the Booth Upload Template section.
- Above the exhibit booth table, select the cloud with the upwards arrow icon
- Upload the CSV file with your new sub-sessions
- Select Submit

code | This field is only necessary when editing an existing booth.The booth code can be found by selecting the download icon next to the upload button. Leave blank if you wish to create new booths. |
booth_code | Enter the name of the booth under this column. |
area | The amount of area required for an exhibitor to select this booth during the Exhibitor Application process. |
products | Enter the product code to be automatically assigned to an exhibitor upon reserveration. Seperate multiple products with commas. |
products_required | Enter the required product(s) an exhibitor will need to reserve this booth. Exhibitors will only need to have at least one product to meet the requirement. Separate multiple products with commas. |
reserved_exhibtior | Enter the exhibitor code to reserve the booth for that exhibitor until the Exhibitor Expiry Date is reached. The exhibitor code can be downloaded by selecting the download icon under Exhibitors > Exhibitors. |
reserved_exhibitor_expiry | Enter the date this reservation will expire on if not reserved by the exhibitor by then. |
1 (A). Reserving Booths Individually
Exhibitors can have booths assigned to them individually from the Event Dashboard.
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
- Select the Exhibitor you wish to assign booths to
- Under the Booths field, select the booths to be assigned to the exhibitor
- Select Save Changes
2. Downloading Exhibit Booth Data
2 (A). Creating a Exhibit Booth Report
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > Custom Reports
- Above the custom reports table, select Create
- Under Report Type, select Exhibitors
- Under Name, fill out the name of the report
- Under Fields, select Booths
- Additionally, we recommend selecting other fields like Name, Email, Products, Purchases, Manager, Primary Contact, and Services.
- Select Save Changes
2 (B). Downloading a Custom Report
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > Custom Reports
- Select a custom report you would like to download from the list
- Above the custom report table, select Actions > Generate Report
- Select Download Previous Report
- Depending on the size of the report you may need to refresh your browser for this button to appear beside the custom report in the list.
