How to Enable the Sponsor Carousel on the Mobile Event App

The Home Page of your Mobile Event App is the first page your attendees see when visiting the app. As such we have built the option to display a number of topics on the home page including Sponsors.

Please note the sponsor carousel is not to be confused with the App Sponsor Splash Screen which pops up whenever opening the event app.

To enable sponsor carousel:

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App
  2. Select Sponsors from the list
  3. Toggle on the Show On Home Page checkbox
  4. Select Save Changes

The sponsors for your event will now appear in your home page. Please note that if you do not have logos associated with your sponsors in the Event Dashboard, then they will not be displayed.

To upload logos for your sponsors:

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sponsors > Sponsors 
  2. Select the Sponsor(s) you wish to edit from the list
  3. Scroll down to Design
  4. Under Logo, select Choose File and upload your image
  5. Select Save Changes
