How to use Keywords in the Exhibitor Portal

Exhibitors have the option to create keywords to make them easier to search on the Event App. This can be done in both the Exhibitor Portal and the Event Dashboard.

How Keywords Work 

Keywords give the Exhibitors the ability to add words that make their exhibitor profile visible when searched on the Exhibitor tab of the event app. Once a keyword is added to an exhibitor, their profile is associated with this Exhibitor Profile. 

Adding Keywords from the Exhibitor Portal

  1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to Profile
  2. Type your keywords in the Keywords field, separate multiple keywords with commas (,)
    1. For phrases, we recommend putting the comma after the phrase and not each individual word.
  3. Select Save 

Adding Keywords from the Event Dashboard

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
  2. Select the exhibitor you wish to edit from the list
  3. Under Basic Details, type the keywords in the Keywords field, separate multiple keywords with commas (,)
    1. For phrases, we recommend putting the comma after the phrase and not each individual word.
  4. Select Save Changes
