Using AI with PheedLoop

PheedLoop offers artificial intelligence capabilities for select features within the Event Dashboard. Currently, this feature is available for session descriptions and announcements.

Generate with AI vs Summarize with AI

When using AI for your event dashboard, the two settings available are Generate with AI and Summarize with AI. These settings serve different functions. Generate with AI will appear greyed out until text is written in the session/announcement title. Once the title is included, select Generate With AI to create a generated description.

Please note, as if human error, AI can be prone to mistakes such as incorrect details or including features that do not apply to the event in question. We strongly recommend reviewing what the AI generates before releasing the written content to the public.

Summarize with AI will grab whatever text is written in the Description field and create a summary of what was written. Summarize with AI will not function if there is no text written in the description.

Using AI for Session Descriptions

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Above the Sessions table, select Create
  3. Enter a title under the Title field
  4. Select Generate with AI
  5. Fill out the other settings for the session as necessary
  6. Select Save Changes

Using AI for Announcements

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Communications > Announcements
  2. Above the Announcements table, select Create
  3. Enter a title under the Title field
  4. Select Generate with AI
  5. Fill out the other settings for the session as necessary
  6. Select Save Changes
