How Long Do I have Access to PheedLoop For?

A common question that is asked is when exactly does an organization lose access to the Event Dashboard and Front End Portals. The answer varies for virtual events, in-person events, and the end date of your organization’s agreement with PheedLoop.

Virtual Portal

Access to the Virtual Portal will be available for 6 months from the Start Date or until your agreement ends, whichever comes first. If your agreement with PheedLoop is longer than six months, your access to the virtual portal will still be available but will be set to read only mode once six months past.

In Read Only Mode, attendees will be able to view the Virtual Portal but not interact with any features like comments and likes.

Once your agreement expires, all access to the virtual portal will be removed.

Event Dashboard

As long as you have an active agreement with PheedLoop, your team will have full access to the Event Dashboard. Once your agreement with PheedLoop ends, the Event Dashboard will switch to Read Only mode and no edits can be made.

Event App

Your event in PheedLoop Go! will be removed 6 months from the Start Date or until your agreement ends, whichever comes first. There is no read only mode for the Event App like there is for the Event Dashboard and Virtual Portal.
