Adding Category Instructions to Registration Category

If you expect difficulties to occur for attendees registering for your event, a great way to alleviate this is by setting up custom instructions. Each registration category can contain custom instructions for every page of the registration flow.

Available instructions to add include:

  • Ticketing Instructions
  • Schedule Instructions
  • Seat Instructions
  • Accommodation Instructions

Instructions must be set for each individual category, there is no way to set instructions for all categories simultaneously.

All instructions will appear at the top of their respective page.

Setting Custom Instructions

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Categories
  2. Select the Category you wish to edit
  3. Scroll down to Other
  4. Under the Ticketing Instructions field, enter the instructions to appears in the Tickets page
  5. Under the Schedule Instructions field, enter the instructions to appear in the Schedule page
  6. Under the Seat Instructions field, enter the instructions to appear in the Seats page
  7. Under the Accommodation Instructions field, enter the instructions to appear in the Hotels page
  8. Select Save Changes
