Locating Registration Order Information in the Event Dashboard
To locate your event’s registration orders, simply navigate to Registration > Orders from the Event Dashboard. From here, you can click into each individual order to see the editor form for the registration.

Registration Details | This shows the basic registration information such as the Registration Category, Registrant name, the date the Registration Order was started and completed, as well as the unique Registration Code, |
Finance Summary | This shows the financial details for the registration order, including: Purchase Total, Tax, Promotion, Fees, Total, Amount Paid, Amount Refunded, and Amount Owing. |
Tickets | This shows each of the Tickets that were purchased in the registration order. This includes who the Ticket Holder is as well as the name of the Ticket(s). |
Payments | This shows a record of the payment(s) associated with the registration order. |
Refunds | This shows a record of any refund(s) associated with the registration order. |
Promotions | This shows a record of the promotion(s) that were applied to the registration order. |
How to Filter Registration Orders by Category, Completion Status, and Payment Status
Registration Orders are automatically sorted chronologically based on date with additional filters that can be used to further sort your registration order.
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Orders and above the Orders table, select the filter icon
- Under the Category field, select the category you wish to sort orders by
- Under the Status field, select the completion status you wish to sort orders by
- Under the Payment Status field, select the payment status you wish to sort orders by
As you adjust the filters, the orders will update in real time based on your filters.
