Manually Sending Registration Invoices/Receipts

PheedLoop provides event planners with the ability to manage registrations directly in their event dashboard, including the important ability to send invoices and receipts. 

How to Send Invoices/Receipt Manually 

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Orders and select the order you wish to use from the list

  1. Above the Orders table, select Actions > Invoice/Receipt > Download or Send
    1. Select Download to download a PDF file of the invoice/receipt.
    2. Select Send to send an email to the registrant with the invoice/receipt attached as a PDF file.
