How to View Attendee Profiles Connected to Tickets

As registrations come through for your event, Attendee Profiles are automatically created for registrants and ticket holders. An Attendee Profile is created for each Ticket Holder. If a Ticket Holder possesses multiple tickets, each of their tickets will be listed in their Attendee Profile. 

To view an Attendee Profile that is connected to a Ticket Purchase: 

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Orders and select the order you intend to view from the list

  2. Scroll down to Tickets

  1. Next to the ticket, select Actions > Attendee Summary

This will open the connected Attendee Profile that was created from the ticket purchase. 

How to View Tickets and Registration Orders from Attendee Profiles 

Related to the above process, you may also want to track the Registration Order that an Attendee is connected to based on their Ticket. 

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees and select the attendee you intend to view from the list

  1. Navigate to the Tickets tab

  1. Next to the ticket, select Actions > View Purchase

This will open the Registration Order that the Attendee’s ticket was purchased in.
