Setting a Global Registration Capacity For your Event

A maximum number of registrations allowed can be set in the Event Dashboard. Once this limit is reached, registrations will no longer be accepted for your event. Registration orders can still be created in the Event Dashboard.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Settings and scroll down to Options

2. Under the Registration Capacity field, enter the maximum number of registrations that can be made. 
   1. Enter 0 under this field to allow for unlimited registrations

3. Select Save Changes

There will now be a limit set on registrations for your event.

WIll this setting impact speakers, exhibitors and sponsors?

The Registration Capacity field will still allow for speakers, primary contacts, and managers to be added from the Event Dashboard.
