Showing Interactive Maps and Venue Maps in the PheedLoop Go! Event App
Both interactive maps and venue maps can be displayed on PheedLoop Go!
To Display Interactive Maps
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Maps
- Select Edit next to the map you wish to adjust
- Above the Map Editor, select File > Properties
- Scroll down to Visibility
- Toggle on the Show in Event App checkbox
- Select Save Changes
The map will now appear on the Event App. For more information on the floorplan, please refer to our Using PheedLoops’ Map Editor to Create Interactive Maps article.
To Display Venue Maps
Venue Maps will display automatically as long as the Venue Maps page is visible. If you would like to make the Venue Maps page available, please follow these steps:
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Pages
- Select Venue Maps from the list
- Toggle on the Is Visible checkbox
- Select Save Changes
Adding Venue Maps in the Event Dashboard
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to On-site > Live Display > Venue Maps and above the Venue Maps table, select Create
- Under the Title field, enter a name for your Venue Map
- Under the Description field, enter a short description for your Venue Map
- This step is optional
- Upload the Image field, select Choose File to upload your Venue Map
- We recommend uploading the file as a PNG or JPG file.
- Select the Visible on Live Display checkbox to have the Venue Map appear in your Live Display
- Please note, this feature requires the Live Display power-up.
- Select Save Changes
You can use these steps to create multiple maps for your event if your venue requires it. This is can be to show multiple floors or showing different venues maps if an event is held across multiple location.
Viewing Venue Maps on PheedLoop Go!
- From the Event Home Page, navigate to the hamburger menu
- Select Venue Maps
- Please note, this is not to be confused with the Maps page which covers Interactive Maps
- Select the map you wish to use
