Sponsors play a crucial role in enhancing your event’s experience, and showcasing them effectively in PheedLoop Go! ensures they receive the visibility they deserve. Using the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image

The App Splash Screen Sponsor Image appears just before your event loads in the event app, providing a prime opportunity to showcase sponsors to attendees. Organizations typically upload a custom graphic featuring their sponsors, which is displayed for a set duration before seamlessly transitioning attendees to the event homepage. The display time can be customized to ensure maximum visibility.

The recommended size is 1080 x 1920 pixels.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Settings
2. Scroll down to Design & Sponsorship

3. Under the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image field, select Choose File
4. Under the Sponsor Splash Screen Image Duration field, enter the number of seconds the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image will be displayed
5. Toggle on the Enable App Sponsor Splash Screen checkbox to enable the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image
6. Select Save Changes

Using the App Banner Sponsor

The App Banner Sponsor showcases a selected sponsor's logo at the bottom of the hamburger menu. Unlike the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image, this feature displays the sponsor's logo rather than a custom graphic.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Settings
2. Scroll down to Design & Sponsorship

3. Under the App Banner Sponsor field, select the sponsor you wish to display
4. Toggle on the Enable App Sponsored Banner checkbox to turn on this feature
5. Select Save Changes

Using the Sponsor Widget in the App Layout

The Sponsor Widget features a rotating carousel showcasing all event sponsors. Each sponsor's appearance in the carousel can be configured to appear on an individual basis.

By default, sponsors should appear automatically. If any are missing, verify that the following settings are enabled in the Event Dashboard.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sponsors > Sponsors
2. Select the Sponsor(s) you wish to adjust from the list

3. Toggle on the Show in Event App checkbox
4. Sponsors will not appear if this checkbox is toggled off.
5. Toggle on the Show in Event Carousels checkbox
6. Select Save Changes

Assigning Sponsors for each page

Similarly to the App Splash Screen Sponsor Image, each page can have its own sponsor appear for a set duration of time whenever it’s opened. Chosen sponsors will have their banner appear before the page contents are displayed.

The recommended size for sponsor banners is 1000 x 400 pixels.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Pages
2. Select the page you wish to configure

3. Scroll down to Details
4. Under the Sponsor field, select the sponsor you wish to display
5. Under the Sponsor Duration field, enter the number of seconds the sponsor should be displayed
6. Select Save Changes

Assigning Sponsors for Sessions

On the Session/Schedule page of the Event App, attendees can browse and review upcoming sessions. You can assign a rotating banner to individual sessions, showcasing selected sponsors.

To set this up, follow these steps:

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
2. Select the Session you wish to adjust from the list

3. Scroll down to Other Details
4. Under the Sponsors field, select the sponsors you wish to assign to the session
   1. Sponsors will be shown in a rotating carousel on the session page in the event app.
5. Select Save Changes
