I can’t view my event on PheedLoop Go! even though I’m an Event Administrator
The most common explanation for this issue is that the Event Administrator has not been added as an Attendee in the Event Dashboard. This is a security measure meant to keep unauthorized users from accessing the Event App.
To fix this issue, simply add yourself as an attendee, afterwards you will be able to access the event.
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
- Above the Attendees table, select Create
- Once the Email, FIrst Name, and Last Name fields are filled out, select Save Changes to create the attendee profile
The event should now appear on the event selection screen once you login to PheedLoop Go!.
