My changes are not appearing on PheedLoop Go!

When changes are made in the Event Dashboard, they may take a minute or two to appear on PheedLoop Go! due to caching. The app temporarily stores data to improve performance and reduce load times, which means recent updates are not always displayed instantly. In most cases, the app will refresh automatically within a few minutes, or the latest changes can be applied immediately by manually refreshing the app.

Refreshing PheedLoop Go!

You can refresh the app in two ways:

  1. Hold and swipe down on the Event App's Home Page to refresh the app

  1. Close and reopen the app
