I can’t login to PheedLoop Go!
If you are unable to login to PheedLoop Go!, this is usually one of two reasons:
- The email address you have entered does not exist within PheedLoop’s account records
- The email or password you have entered is incorrect
The email address you have entered does not exist within PheedLoop’s account records
If you have encountered the “We could not find an account with that email address” then your attendee profile may have an incorrect email associated with it. Contact the Event Administrator to update your email address, and be sure to provide the correct one for a seamless resolution.
Once the Event Administrator has updated your email, you should now be able to login with your email.
The email or password you have entered is incorrect
If you're trying to log in to PheedLoop Go! but your password is incorrect, select Forgot your password to receive a verification code via email. Enter the code to reset your password and create a new one.
