I'm an Exhibitor, How do I capture Leads in the PheedLoop Go! Event App

Please note, we recommend reviewing our Enabling and Using Lead Retrieval for In-Person Events article for complete instructions on how to use Lead Retrieval. This article will cover Lead Retrieval for PheedLoop Go!

  1. From the Mobile Event App, navigate to left hand side navigation menu

  1. Under Exhibitor Tools, select Lead Capture

  1. Select Launch Scanner

  1. Scan the QR code

  1. Under the Click to scan a business card field, select this option to include an optional business card along with the captured lead

  1. Under the Select a lead rating field, select URGENT, HOT, WARM, or COLD, based on how high of a priority the captured lead is

  1. If you have attached an exhibitor form, the form will be available at the bottom of the page

  1. Select Submit
