How do I capture Business Cards in the PheedLoop Go! Event App

Please note, we recommend reviewing our Enabling and Using Lead Retrieval for In-Person Events article for complete instructions on how to use Lead Retrieval. This article will cover capturing business cards for PheedLoop Go!

  1. From the Event App, open the hamburger menu on the top right of the screen 

  1. Under Exhibitor Tools select Business Card Capture 

  1. Under Scanner, select Launch Scanner 
    1. Navigate to Business Cards to see already captured business cards 

  1. Once the business card is in view of the camera, select the bottom icon to take a picture 

  1. Fill out the Click to add Title and Click to add Notes fields 

  1. Select Submit
    1. If you would like to take another picture, select Retake
