I’m an Event Admin, how can I allow attendees to check themselves into a session?

Event Administrators can control which sessions allow for self check-in. This setting can be useful for events with limited staff or those looking to minimize staff involvement.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Select the Session you wish to adjust from the list

  1. Scroll down to Options

  1. Toggle on the Enable Self Check-In checkbox

  1. Under the Self Check-In Code field, share this code to allow attendees to check into the session
    1. This code can be altered if desired. Please note, this code is case sensitive.

  1. If you would like to hide the option to scan or input a text code, toggled on the Hide Checkin Text Code Input or Hide Checkin QR Code Scanner checkboxes respectively
    1. Both options cannot be toggled on.

  1. If you are using QR codes, scroll down to Self Check-In QR Code and select Download
    1. The QR Code will now be downloaded onto your device. Display this QR code at the venue to allow attendees to check in via QR code.

  1. Select Save Changes
