How can I hide access to my event in the PheedLoop Go! Event App?

You can hide your event from attendees through the Event Dashboard. Once hidden:

• The event will not appear on the Event Selection page for attendees
• Attendees cannot access the event through PheedLoop Go!
• Event Admins and team members retain full access regardless of the hide setting

This feature allows your team to test new releases privately without prematurely exposing them to attendees.

Hiding Access to Events on PheedLoop Go!

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Settings
2. Scroll down to Options
3. Toggle on the Enable App Access checkbox
4. Select Save Changes

Hiding links to the App Store Page

An optional step is to hide links to the Google Store and Apple Store for PheedLoop Go!. This is helpful for virtual or other events that aren’t utilizing the Event App.

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to General > Details
2. Scroll down to Advanced Options and Finance

3. Toggle on the Hide Mobile Event App Access in Portals checkbox
4. Select Save Changes

Once enabled, links to PheedLoop Go!’s Google Store and Apple Store pages, including the Member Portal, will be hidden.
