How can I set up tag/ticket restrictions for custom pages in PheedLoop Go!?

Please note, this feature is only available for custom pages. The settings will not be present for normal pages.

Custom Pages offer an additional feature that allows access restrictions based on tags and tickets. You can configure these pages to be visible only to attendees with specific tags or tickets linked to their PheedLoop account. If an attendee does not meet the criteria, the page will be hidden from their view.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Pages
  2. Select custom page you wish to adjust from the list

  1. Under the Tag Based Restrictions field, select any tags that will prevent attendees with those tags from viewing this page
  2. Under the Ticket Based Restrictions field, select any tickets that will prevent attendees with those tickets from viewing this page
  3. Under the Tag Based Exclusions field, select any tags that will be required by the attendee possess before they can view this page
  4. Under the Ticket Based Exclusions field, select any ticket the attendee must own before they can access this page
  5. Select Save Changes
