I’m an Attendee, how can I download my Attendance Certificate?

Please note, this is not to be confused with the CE certificate available in the Member Portal. If you would like instructions on this, please refer to our Downloading the CE Certificate in the Member Portal article.

Attendees can access their Attendance Certificate in multiple locations within PheedLoop, including the Virtual Portal, and PheedLoop Go!. Each platform offers a simple process to locate and download your certificate by navigating through profile or settings sections and selecting the appropriate certificate options.

If you don’t see the steps on your screen, they may have been hidden by the Event Administrator. Please contact them for assistance.

Virtual Portal

  1. From the Virtual Portal, select your profile icon on the top right corner and select Settings

  1. Scroll down to Attendance Certificate
  2. Select View Certificate

PheedLoop Go!

  1. From the Event Homepage, select the hamburger menu on the top left corner

  1. Navigate to Certificates

  1. Select Download Certificates
